Dear Elisa,
Here I am. Almost at the end of my career as a classroom teacher. Even though I’ve had several different roles over the years, my most consistent and important role has been as an elementary classroom teacher.
But I’m not done being an educator.
This is an introductory letter to let you know that more is coming. More vignettes. More advice. Some regrets. Some victories and failures.
Many challenges await you. If only you had known then what I am going to tell you now. How different would your life have been?
